Join Our Team – PCO Licensed Drivers Wanted
Triple A Transport Ltd is always looking for reliable, caring and professional PCO-licensed drivers to join our growing team. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, transporting children and vulnerable adults on behalf of local authorities, schools and healthcare providers across London.
Drivers may use their own licensed Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) or a rented PCO-licensed vehicle. Depending on the individual needs of the passenger, some routes require a Passenger Assistant (PA), while others are driver-only.

Minimum Requirements
To apply, you must hold the following valid documents:
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK Driving Licence
- TfL Private Hire Driver Licence (PCO)
- TfL Private Hire Vehicle Licence (Vehicle PCO)
- V5C Vehicle Registration Certificate (Logbook)
- Vehicle Hire Agreement (if using a rented vehicle)
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (issued within the last 3 years)
- Valid MOT Certificate (issued within the last 6 months)
- Private Hire Vehicle Insurance Certificate
Before You Start
Successful applicants will be required to complete our onboarding and compliance process before commencing work. This includes document verification, safeguarding checks, and any mandatory training relevant to the role.
Our drivers represent Triple A Transport Ltd every day, and we expect all team members to demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, compassion and respect when working with passengers, parents, carers, schools and local authorities.
